Fitness Expert Yousef Al Qanai provides consultancy to guide and help individuals in achieving their personal health and fitness goals. Client’s needs, motivations, lifestyle and goals will be analyzed to develop a program designed exclusively for their needs in order to deliver promising results.
Consultancy is offered for the following goals:
- Fitness and Toning
- Weight Loss
- Body Building
- Strength & Conditioning: For speed, agility, power, and strength enhancement
- Sport Specific: Tailored programs to build the right mix of strength, endurance and flexibility to help achieve improved performance in your desired sporting discipline
(ie: soccer player, tennis player, swimmer, runner, martial artist etc…)
Consultancy includes (one month program) :
- 1st consultancy session: 1 hour. (general analysis, determining appropriate goal path, and first stage fitness training program).
- Two follow-ups: 30 minutes each. (reevaluating program, measuring progress, amending fitness training program).
- Inbody tests will be conducted during the 1st and last consultancy sessions (measuring body mass index, fat percentage, water percentage, weight).
- Two fitness training session held at your personal gym at your connivence.
